This bright Studio-apartment located in a house where only you stay. A quiet garden surrounding with many fruit trees in historical Stocksundstorp - Solna and easy access to nature although near (5 min) the city border. Available from 1:st of December 2025. It is also possible to start renting during the month of December or 1/1-2026 if it suits you better. In front of the door you have access to a lovely patio and an outdoor-room. The studio is separated from the main building, as if you were living in your own house. You enter the furnished studio apartment and you find a room with high ceiling (4m) with many glass doors facing S which makes the studio spacious and bright. Layout: Mirrored wardrobe, small kitchen with a high stool - eating area. From here you access wash machine and the tiled WC/shower room with floor heating and window. You walk up the stair case to the sleeping-loft which has a 160 cm wide bed and sea-view. To the right you will find a living room/guest room viewing the garden with a sofa (bed ) 120cm and sitting and working area. There is floor heating as well as an air heat pump which keeps the studio warm in the winter and cool in summer. The studio apartment is situated in the City National Park only 50 meters away from a swimming dock in Stocksundet so you have biking distance to KTH, Karolinska, Danderyds Hospital, Stockholm University, Kista Science Center and Stockholm City. Public transportation Metro T-Bergshamra and busses in all directions 3-500 m away as well as grocery stores, numerous restaurants, pharmacy, medical centers, library etc. A typical tenant is an orderly and quiet individual, a PhD student/Post Doc., or a person working in the Stockholm region looking for a quiet place to stay for up to 12 months with a possible extension. Stable income needed. It is possible to share the studio for a couple. It is however not possible to have children staying here, due to the nature of the studio and its staircase. Included in the rent: Water, heating, electricity, household WiFi, mail box. The studio was originally built for family members, not in need for the studio anymore. Pets, smoking or subletting is not allowed. Deposit - one month rent. Pay Parking is available on the street.
