**January–August 2026 – Studio in Vasastan, 10,000 SEK/month, all included!** Hi! I will be abroad next semester for my thesis project and am therefore looking for a responsible person to rent my apartment during that time. The apartment is located in Hagastaden, a central yet quiet area just a few minutes’ walk from Karolinska Institutet and Karolinska University Hospital. It's a 15-minute walk to Odenplan, with convenient bus connections to St. Eriksplan, Solna Centrum, Sundbyberg, and the rest of the city center. **About the apartment:** – Studio, 26 m² – Fully furnished with a sleeping alcove, sofa, dining table, desk, etc. – Fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher) – Private bathroom with bathtub – Gym and sauna in the building – Access to two laundry rooms – Wi-Fi, electricity, water, and TV included in the rent **Rental period:** January – August (can be discussed) Parties, smoking, and alcohol are not allowed in the apartment. I am looking for a reliable tenant who is respectful and takes good care of the home in my absence. **Rent:** 10000 SEK/month. The rental is approved by the housing association and requires a written subletting contract. I will arrange the contract.
