ROOM FOR RENT IN HAGALUND Furnished room for rent in a shared flat at Hagalundsgatan in Solna, at cycling distance to KI, SU and KTH and also trains, busses and metro nearby. Flat is normally shared between 4 people but temporary maybe more depending on demand and partners staying over for visits etc. We try to mimic having a private studio as close as possible, thus sharing as little as possible in common areas, all to increase the value of the rooms. There is thus no obligation to socialize with flatmates every day since everyone is working hard on their postdoc or phd or master etc. Room door shut = 100% privacy. We are mainly looking for long-term tenants who wants to stay for many years, with planned studies or work several years ahead in Stockholm. Short-term rentals could though be available depending on circumstances with a higher rent during the initial 6 months. Rents are 4000-7000 SEK per month depending on room size including electricity, heating, water and 100Mbit Internet. All rooms are furnished with bed, desk, chair, wardrobes etc. The flat has an extra toilet and a large newly renovated bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a fully equipped kitchen. Two common laundry rooms with dryers available at the ground floor and bicycles can be parked under a roof although outside. For more information with photos etc. please send something about yourself including your nationality and occupation in Stockholm and don't forget to include from what date you need a room or if dates are flexible. First deposit is 1,5 monthly rents. Availability varies when people move in and out and it happens that people switch between rooms. Long-term contracts are always minimum 3 months in advance but there might also be short-term last minute temporary stay available and one can also take a cheaper small room until one of the larger rooms becomes available later. For easier communication you can include your whats/telegr/faceb apps with video call feature, especially if you are not in town at the moment and thus can not come by for a visit.
