I’m renting out my room at Björnstigen 24 in Solna, right at Bergshamra torg. I’m going to Australia, so I’m looking for someone to stay during the time I’m away, with the possibility to extend since I’m not planning to move back to Stockholm permanently. The location is very convenient. The metro is only about 100 meters from the apartment, so you’re basically right next to the station. Around the corner is Danderyds sjukhus, and there are also several bus connections nearby that take you across Stockholm. Within 100–200 meters you have everything you need – supermarket, gym, cafés, restaurants, library and other services. It’s an easy place to live in terms of both transport and daily life. The room itself is 23 square meters, so it’s quite spacious. It also has a 7 square meter balcony that’s fully covered in glass, which makes it usable most of the year and gives you some extra space and natural light. The room will be rented furnished. There’s an extra dresser in addition to what’s shown in the pictures, and some decoration that can either stay or be removed depending on what you prefer. You’ll be sharing the apartment with two other people during the first week. After that, one of them will also move to Australia, which means his room will be partially empty. So after the first week, there will only be one other person living there full-time. You share the bathroom, kitchen, and common areas. I’m flexible with move-in and move-out dates, so if the timing is slightly different from what’s listed, just reach out and we can talk about it.
