I’m renting out my bright and spacious 2-bedroom apartment (91 sqm) in Huvudsta from May, for approximately 6 months, with some flexibility depending on the tenant. The apartment has a large living area with plenty of natural light, two large bedrooms, and a glassed balcony with open views. The layout is practical and comfortable, making it a great fit for expats, professionals, or a couple looking for a calm but well-connected place to live. Huvudsta is a quiet and pleasant area with very good connections. Huvudsta Centrum, with metro, grocery store and services, is just a few minutes’ walk away. T-Centralen can be reached in around 15 minutes door-to-door, which makes commuting into the city very easy. The apartment can be rented furnished or part-furnished, depending on what suits the tenant best. The building has a friendly atmosphere, with really nice neighbours. Rental period is around 6 months, but I’m open to discussing the exact dates with the right tenant.
